The tools I have were forged from many fires & 10+ years of study, practice & devotion.

In my own unique journey, I have touched the depths of the human condition & found my way back “home”, again & again. I know what it is like to endure a deep sense of pain & sadness - to feel confused, lost, betrayed & dishonored. I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom, to die without dying & resurrect the soul, despite a sense of despair. Intimately, I know the gift of Grace.

I’m here to support you in dropping into the sacred space of remembrance… the place where the soul resides & inner wisdom dwells. This is a place of answers, peace, authenticity & recalibration.

Depending on your situation, we will deploy a myriad of techniques to liberate energy & direct life force into the places that need it most. Ideally, we will also arm you with techniques to carry into your daily life.

We may meditate, breathe, visualize, move, write, contemplate, converse, rest etc.

These sessions are intuitive, elemental & emergent - meaning the experience will emerge naturally, according to your needs. I will offer that which is most life affirming, clarifying & appropriate in the moment to provide a sense of greater clarity, wholeness & direction.
